It is a system that we use to help new members to get one to one coaching AND teach our active and engaged members how to turn a lead into a referral by providing the coaching.
We DO NOT get referrals for our members (that is deskilling people), we focus on teaching how to have the conversations that actually gain referrals.
This means gaining the skills needed to get referrals who are responsive and active on the earning sites.
Each time a new member joins our forum they will be allocated a coach from our list.

The coach will discuss the earning plan with the new member and guide them on how to get started.
The coach is allowed to provide the new member with their referral links so it helps to build income when you provide guidance to members.
I believe this is the best approach for working online and encourage ALL members to join in.
To become a coach you need to show a willingness to learn, actively join in with the forum and earning plan and respond to messages sent by admin.
I highly recommend you participate in the daily earning tracker system to show you are following the plan - it also helps with consistency and is great fun to watch your earnings grow too!
Abuse of the coaching system (by promoting sites not approved by admin to our members) will result in permanent removal from the forum.
This is to protect our members from scam sites and to stop unwanted spamming of links - keep the forum focused on training and support and it will be much better for ALL
