I've been keeping a separate spreadsheet that I update each Sunday so I can see how much I have earned each week from all the sites I click on daily. It was an eye-opener for me. I dropped several daily sites that just weren't worth the time vs profit.

I am debating stopping Hungry for Hits.
Also, Instant List Authority, Website Traffic Rewards, Hogmailer Plus (these 3 have earned me a lot on paper - a couple of hundred $ but when I tried to withdraw, I was told I can only use the money earned from clicking on adverts), Faucet Crypto, Eureka Surveys. I would be grateful for opinions on these sites as if they are not worthwhile I can direct my energies to those sites that matter for the plan.

Keeping a track of your earning really does make a huge difference.
It allows you to see what is going on with each site, helps to keep you on track and as you said, it lets you ditch sites that are not worth working on.

The way I like to use the daily tracker is to work on specific goals too.
For example, I am working on getting all my RR's over 100 days on Neobux.
Recording this allows me to make sure I am on track.

For the traffic sites you are earning on - Hungry for Hits for example. What you want to do is look at upgrading to start automating your traffic.
Are you using the sites for promoting at the moment?
What I would like to do is make sure you are working on getting referrals/building your email list.
