The first step in our coaching plan is to check that you have joined Reward Joy and that you are using it daily at the moment.
Please let me know below.
What I would like to do is help you to maximise your earning from this site so we will look at each of the options available.
This is about finding what works for YOU.

If you can tell me any issues you face with this site that will allow me to provide personalised guidance.

Yes I have joined Rewardjoy and Yes I use it every day

I have just created a coaching thread for you Steven so you can use that one for your discussions with Join My Team (keeps it easier to manage and read if everyone has their own thread)

Join My Team - Every coaching thread starts off by checking in about Reward Joy. Is the member using it on a daily basis? Do they need any guidance to maximise earning there? Have they earned $1 already?
If $1 earned already the next thing to check is if they have joined TSM and upgraded. Have they got any referrals?
After TSM the next site is Leadsleap
Some members may have already joined Reward Joy/TSM/Leadsleap and that is fine, they don't need to rejoin or anything. You will begin to earn commission from the later sites and products I begin to add shortly.
If the member has not joined a site already they should use your link to join.
You can add your ref link to the members coaching thread when it is relevant to the discussion.
I will be encouraging the use of signatures to have a link to coaching blogs - feel free to add that now.
You should keep your ref links on the forum limited to our approved sites. If you think another site is suitable for adding to the approved sites list you can let me know and I will consider adding it.
I want to help our members avoid scam sites as much as possible and our approved list should grow into a great resource of good quality sites this way.

Time for you now to go and provide guidance to Steven on his thread.

Just had a look at Stevens Coaching and I see he has no refs on TSM at the moment.
I don't think he has refs on Reward Joy either - previous chats I have had with him makes me think getting refs is a sticky point for him - I suggest you ask about this next to confirm that.
If he says yes it is difficult for him then it is time to look at LL, list building and promo plans.
This is where the coaching system really starts to kick in to the skills side of things.
Take it slowly and step by step - ask if he has used the ad on TSM already - if not start there to get those set up
Then look at LL - any ads running yet, is he doing the daily bonus?
He will need some ad credits in place there first.
When he has ad credits ready it is time to look at lead capture pages and list building. Has he done any work on this before?
Do you feel able to guide him on these steps ok if he needs it? If not just let me know and we will work on that part here in your coaching thread.....
